Аннотация

Ta’lim jarayoni o’zining tabiati va mohiyatiga ko’ra juda dialektikdir, shuning uchun u o’qituvchilardan turli xil kompetentsiyalarning rivojlangan to’plamiga ega bo’lishni talab qiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi o’qituvchilarning innovatsion ta’lim jarayoni uchun muhim bo’lgan kompetentsiyalarni o’z-o’zini baholashini tekshirish edi.
