Problems in the development of the general legislation of document and document science

In this article, the concepts of "goods" and "document" are studied as a scientific abstraction in order to clarify the essence of the document concept. Also, scientific proposals and recommendations aimed at developing the general legality of the document are given, and the problems in documentary science are highlighted.
