Psixodiagnostika kompetentsiyalari o’qituvchilar, ayniqsa boshlang’ich sinf o’qituvchilari uchun yosh o’quvchilarning turli psixologik ehtiyojlari va muammolarini aniqlash va hal qilish uchun juda muhimdir. Ushbu maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining psixodiagnostik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish mavjud adabiyotlar va amaliy natijalarni har tomonlama ko‘rib chiqish orqali ko‘rib chiqiladi. U psixodiagnostik treningni o’qituvchilarning ta’lim dasturlariga integratsiya qilish muhimligini ta’kidlaydi va ta’lim muassasalarida bolalarning har tomonlama rivojlanishiga yordam berish uchun ushbu kompetensiyalarni oshirish strategiyalarini taklif qiladi.
