Abstract

Great attention is paid to the development of physical education and sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the legal-normative documents adopted by the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, physical education is considered as an integral part of public education and embodies the ideas of educating the young generation who have reached intellectual maturity, moral purity and physical maturity.
