Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the stress experienced by schoolchildren in the process of educational activities and the factors that cause it. The article describes the results of the empirical test conducted on the study of stress factors in students in adolescence and early adolescence and the analysis of the results of the formative experience on increasing resilience to stress.
