This article explores the importance of verbal and communicative skills in the context of a teacher’s professional activity. The authors consider the role of effective communication in the educational environment, as well as its impact on the quality of education and upbringing of children and youth. The article analyzes the main aspects of verbal communication, including the ability to express one’s thoughts and ideas clearly and easily, as well as the ability to listen and understand others. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of the teacher with students, parents and colleagues, exploring what communication skills can contribute to successful learning and conflict resolution. The article also highlights the need to continually improve the verbal communication skills of educators so that they can effectively deal with the challenges of today’s educational environment and create more supportive and inspiring learning environments.
