Based on the theoretical framework presented in this article, teachers and educational institutions can develop effective strategies and approaches to form the digital culture of undergraduate students. These frameworks illuminate and guide the selection of appropriate teaching methods, learning environments, and assessment strategies that promote digital competencies, critical thinking, and responsible digital citizenship among undergraduate students in information-learning environments.
