Abstract

The article discusses the specific aspects of teaching chess in primary classes of general secondary educational institutions. This article describes the specific aspects of teaching chess in elementary schools in general secondary educational institutions. Integrating chess into the curriculum offers significant educational benefits, including cognitive development, improved memory, increased math skills, and increased focus. In order to effectively integrate chess education, lessons should be structured step-by-step and aligned with existing educational standards, while interdisciplinary learning should be encouraged.
