HEALTHY BELIEFS: WAYS OF EDUCATION IN YOUTH

Abstract

The article discusses methods and approaches to the formation of healthy beliefs in young people. Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing moral values, critical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions. Various aspects are considered, such as the role of family, school and society in the educational process, as well as the influence of the media and social networks. Examples of effective practices and programs are provided aimed at developing in young people a healthy attitude to life, resistance to negative influences and a willingness to actively participate in public life. In conclusion,
the need for an integrated approach and cooperation between various institutions is emphasized to achieve sustainable results in instilling healthy beliefs in the younger generation.
