In this article, the significance of the level of frustration tolerance and emotional tension in pedagogues in professional activity, the psychological views of foreign psychologists and the important aspects of the qualities of stability in relation to negative reality are widely covered. Also, a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research work conducted within the framework of frustration tolerance and psychological stress, which is manifested among pedagogues working in general education schools and higher education institutions, is presented.
