This article examines the role and impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the formation of social and cultural competence of management staff. T.A. On the basis of Avalanche data, aspects such as communication through the use of ICT tools, visualization of socio-cultural information, application of computer models, information storage and increasing access to them were emphasized. The article also emphasizes that
digital technologies will fundamentally change the education system and increase efficiency in society due to the large-scale functional capabilities of ICT.
