Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida “Umumiy astronomiya” fanini o‘qitishda talabalarning kasbiy va ilmiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish, tadqiqotchilik ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish ishlari qaralgan. Bu SDSS kuzatuv ma’lumotlar bazasidan galaktikalar to‘dalarining tasvirlarini olish usullari va olingan tasvirlarni qayta ishlash metodlari bayon etilgan.
