Аннотация

Hozirgi kunda texnologiyalar kun sayin yangilanib borayotgan davrda jamiyat dunyoqarashini tubdan o‘zgarishi, zamonga moslashishi tabiiy holga aylanib borishi ta’lim tizimi va uni boshqarishni yangilash uchun imkoniyatdir. Ushbu maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablari o‘qituvchilar faoliyatini raqamlashtirish orqali boshqaruvning takomillashtirilishi nazariy asoslari bayon etilgan. Raqamlashtirish davrida maktab o‘qituvchilari faoliyatini boshqarishni qayta ko‘rib chiqish va ularni zamonaviy tendensiyalar asosida rivojlantirish muhim vazifa hisoblanadi.
